Contextualized
“The first thing we do, let’s kill all the lawyers.”
Shakespeare’s 2 Henry VI (IV.ii.40)
Quote popped the other night, on Twitter, about Twitter, and it was meant as a disparaging remark. Taken in context of the play, the act, the scene, and the outcome for the characters?
Contextualized?
I can’t even get into the details, in situ, it could be about the breakdown of the rule of law, and here in the US, we’ve seen what happens.
In that play? Doesn’t end well for the rabble that wants to “kill all the lawyers.”
