The practice should be enjoyable and pleasant. The elements called “joy” and “pleasure,” mudita and priti in Sanskrit, are a very important part of meditation. If you are suffering during mediation, your practice is not correct. Practice should be enjoyable and pleasant. It should be full of joy.
