Throwaway books donated to the Salvation Army or the library are books I look at a week or two later and can’t remember much about them and feel absolutely no interest whatsoever in re-reading them. If they were on my Kindle, I’d delete them. Those are throwaway books.
Also the ones so poorly written/edited that I can’t finish them.
Plus just one book that I felt incorporated evil within its pages, about a woman who murdered her child to please her lover–I burned it.
