Plain Text or fancy HTML E-mail?

Plain Text or fancy HTML E-mail?

Their answer.

I already knew that. From the marketing side, plain text e-mail works better.

Thesis: Focus

Marketing guys already figured that out for me. I used to include a button in my email sig file, a small banner that just read, “astrofish.net,” not a big deal. The original idea was the banner could be counted to see if an email was being opened, where it went, tracking, etc.

Way too much trouble. Technically feasible, but more work than it was worth.

Like plain-text versus fancy formatting on email.
