In our community east of Sacramento, CA, few are conserving because it is not required or even encouraged. Very short sighted, I think, when all of California suffers from drought. Placer County reservoirs still have water and our officials can’t see past today. Hope things improve in your part of the country.
Here’s sending you lots of rain!
This has a colorful backdrop for this dry fountain. Good shot. Hope you get plenty of rain soon.
so many areas of the world do not have enough water, or enough pure water. So sad. Your photo is quite colorful and it looks like a nice place to wander about.
where is this???
It’s Market Square, the fountain in front of the world famous Mi Tierra (TexMex) Restaurant (never closes). Downtown San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas…
The can in the fountain is a nice touch.
Sydney – City and Suburbs
Great effort on the water shot, hopefully it rains soon.
Have a great day

I liked the empty can of Old Milwaukee in the empty fountain. San Antonio has had less than an inch of rain in the last three months, and more than 50 days over 100 this summer.
