Wow. Is the sky really that blue? Los Angeles skies nearly always have a yellowish tint, except after Santa Ana winds have swept through, clearing all the crud in the air out to sea. Happens a few times each year. I had nearly forgotten how beautifully blue the sky can be.

Yes, really that blue. Image is from a few days, okay, few weeks ago.

Uh-oh! Is this a bad time to tell you I’m vegetarian. You won’t hold it against me, I hope.

What a sky to relax beneath enjoying a fabulous bar-b-que dinner…what a gorgeous sky!

The blew sky outside contrasts with the low-and-slow smoke pit/oven inside. This way the sky is unblemished and the smoke inside is the thing that gets our appetites in gear. I’ll take a sweet sausage smoked and two sides, please…

Gorgeous blue, accented by fair weather clouds. Lovely!

That blue is so gorgeous and intense!

BBQ sounds good.
