Slow Time Between the Stars

Slow Time Between the Stars

Finishing one book, I clicked through to return the book to the library and looked, stumbled on another John Sclazi novella, Slow Time Between the Stars. I’ve been more impressed with the author’s work, even if I can’t find what I wrote about his latest novel. I know I read it, and I usually, at the very least, make note of what I’m reading.

It’s an Amazon short, with an excellent premise. Part of larger story cycle, apparently. “First one is free,” as they say.

“Every creature has a perceptual horizon to its consciousness.” Page 17.

Wit and satire? At the risk of sounding cliché? Existential crisis?

Suckered into reading, a small novella, just a short story.

Dammit, now I have to go in search of other work from the same vein by the author.
