The image is taken from within Santa Fe’s International Museum of Folk Arts, up on Museum Hill. Spent part of a morning wandering there. Some good, some less than stellar, some that didn’t really grab me, then there was the “mexican” art.
This was part of a collection of wall hangings, the usual “Navajo Rug” kind of thing. But woven in the center, there’s a figure, and true to Sunday’s theme, a shadow.
I probably broke some rules, but I distinctly heard the guard say that, “photography – no flash – was OK.”
