I’ll bite. It was good. Tried to get Ma Wetzel to try it, but she stuck to her (vegetarian) ways. However the Mango/Jicama salad, she did like that.
Not my first rattlesnake, but certainly the first time I’ve had it served as a fritter with high-end cuisine packaging, Nuevo Latino.

Rattlesnake ok. Tastes like chicken, which you know before you even take a nibble. So does eel. Both limbless. Chicken is brainless. I guess that makes them even.
